There was a time when apartments, townhomes, and condos were viewed merely as transient spaces – stepping stones to something 'greater' or as part of a downsizing process. These living spaces often housed individuals in transition: recent graduates, new state migrants, those recovering from a breakup, or people grieving a family loss.
Despite their varied backgrounds, these individuals shared a common thread: a feeling of uneasiness and uncertainty, often feeling like outcasts seeking new beginnings.
Unfortunately, too few communities were equipped to support them in the way the suburban dream with its white picket fences did.
Bridging the Gap with Connection
This is where LittleBird steps in. We strive to be the missing element – connection.
Our goal isn’t just to address the fair and equitable housing crisis, though that's a significant part of our mission. We aim to transform these communities into more than just a place to live. We want to eliminate the feeling of impermanence and 'less-than-ideal' living situations.
